Appointment Times
We see all patients on an appointment basis. We respect your time and make every effort to stay on schedule. If you are unable to keep an appointment please notify us immediately. We appreciate 48 hours notice so that this time may be given to another patient.

Emergencies
If an emergency arises while the office is open, please call as early in the day as possible. If an emergency happens when the office is closed, call the office -- the answering machine will tell you how to reach the doctors.

From highway 70 (Arendell St.) turn at the stoplight at 35th Street to pass between the hospital and KFC. Go straight through the next light, and look for our office on the left about 2/10 of a mile past the light. Payments and Insurance
We make every effort to keep costs down while maintaining a high level of professional care. You can help by paying for your treatment at the time of service.

We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, OrthoFeePlan, Care Credit and American Express. If your treatment requires several visits you will be given as estimate and asked to make financial arrangements with a member of our business staff.

If you have dental insurance, please bring your information to your first visit. We will file your insurance for you and we will accept payment from the insurance company. We ask that you pay your portion at the time of service.
